These Terms govern your use of the AlphaOS platform. By creating a church or using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
“Service” means the AlphaOS platform: a public church website, a management system (ChMS) and, on the Pro plan, an AI studio. “Church” means the customer organization that creates a workspace (tenant). “User” means a person with access to a church’s console. “Content” means the data and materials you enter.
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. We may update them; we will announce material changes in advance (in the console or by email). Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.
You must be of legal age and capacity to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, for the actions of all of your church’s users, and for the confidentiality of passwords. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We provide a public church website, a management system and (on Pro) an AI studio. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued over time to improve the Service. AI features equip the minister (drafts, design, study materials) and do not create final spiritual content in your place.
While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your church’s purposes. You may not resell, rent, or copy the platform.
By using the Service, you agree not to:
Your church’s Content and data remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process them solely to provide the Service. Processing of personal data you enter as controller is governed by our Privacy Policy (processor terms — a DPA — are available on request).
If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Service, we may use them freely to improve the product without any obligation to you.
The platform, its code, design and brand are ours. These Terms grant you no rights to them other than the right to use the Service in accordance with the Terms.
The Service may include integrations with or links to third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Billing terms:
If a trial is offered, its terms are shown at sign-up. Unless required by applicable law, paid periods are non-refundable; you simply are not charged for periods after cancellation.
Each party protects the other’s non-public information received in connection with the Service and uses it only to perform these Terms.
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occur; for significant ones we will try to give advance notice.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, a security risk, or non-payment. After termination we will provide a reasonable window (typically 30 days) to export your data, after which we may delete it.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profit. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event. Export important data regularly.
You agree to indemnify us for reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms or from the unlawfulness of Content you entered.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, war, infrastructure outages, etc.).
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of our place of registration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
